Terms of Sale
The seller
Paintings on this website are sold by Tanya Pawsey, an artist based in Wymondham, Norfolk, United Kingdom. Contact info@tanyapawsey.co.uk.
The contract
Listing a painting is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when payment is successfully taken through Stripe and Tanya confirms the order. If a painting has already sold, payment will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken securely by Stripe. Tanya does not store card numbers.
Delivery and collection
Ready-made paintings currently include free shipping or collection within the United Kingdom. Delivery timing is confirmed after purchase. Risk in the painting passes to you when it is delivered, or when you collect it.
Cancellation and returns
Ready-made paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Commissioned or bespoke work cannot be cancelled for change of mind once work has started. Full details are on the refunds and returns page.
Copyright
You own the physical painting you buy. Tanya keeps the copyright and all reproduction rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
